Paris Hilton seems to be very happy in the company of her new boyfriend Good Charlotte singer Benji Madden. Recently there were rumors that the hotel heiress is soon planning to tie knot with Madden. But Paris has put to rest all these rumors and said that she has no plans to tie knot with Benji in the near future.
She added that both of them were happy with their relationship at this stage and had complete trust on each other. The rumor spread as Hilton"s best friend Nicole Richie who is in love with Madden"s twin brother Joel is tying knot with him this summer. Nicole recently delivered their first baby. Paris Hilton and Benji Madden recently celebrated their two month anniversary.
